Timeless items and the maker skill

As far as I've been lead to believe, timeless level 120 items can be made using the maker system in versions that have both (meaning just KMS at the moment, I think). Does anyone know where I can find the crafting requirements for these items? I'm particularly interested in the archer ones.

I heard about something to that affect as well, but I assumed the other requirements weren't negligable. I'm just not sure if the info is out there somewhere. Considering there are hundreds and maybe thousands of people who should be able to craft these items, you'd think that some of them would have taken the time to post the info, someone else would've found out about it, and gotten it translated into English. I assume the crafting requirements are stored in the client data, and that someone would've uncovered and translated them by now.

Timeless equipment requires an item similar to dragon spirits and scales, except that the items from time temple monsters. They probably also require a lot of refined crystals and such.
