AP Resets Galore

I got packages on my level 30 Dual Blade, 55 Gunslinger and 104 Hermit. :x

How are you guys receiving more than 20 Resets?
My Drk got 20 APresets and 10 SPresets shortly after. Were your resets bundled into a higher-than-20 package or did your other Explorer chars receive their own packages of 5/10/20 as well?

Other characters earned the packages as well.

You get Each level package once per account if you have an explorer character within that level range. My Paladin got the 20 AP reset package and my lvl 50 Ring mule got the 15 AP reset package. I don't have a lvl 30-49 explorer yet, so I can't get the 10 AP reset package.
