ID Already logged on or server under inspection.

I've been trying to log on but I keep getting this message. I've tried multiple computers but this message shows up. My other accounts seem to work. What is the problem?

Is someone on your account...?
Either log in and ./find all of your characters, or log in on the site and change your PW. If I remember correctly, the change will boot anyone on the account.

If there is someone on your account, I'd recommend adding numbers and characters like !@#$%^&* to your PW.

I changed my password and immediately tried logging on. Didn't work :/

Ouch, man. I know how you feel. Did you happen to disconnect when this started to happen?

Happened to me on the 24th of June. I was unable to enter my account until the next server check... on the 29th. I sent Nexon a ticket:

Summary: Error "Account already logged in[...]"
Details: I was disconnected from the game yesterday (24/06) early in the morning and have not been able to get past the Channel Selection screen on said account. It keeps telling me that my account is already logged in, which is false. It's been more than a day now and I still haven't been able to get past the Channel Selection screen without the error appearing.

Solved: We appreciate you reporting this issue. At this time, we believe this issue has been resolved, and we ask that you please try again. If your issue continues, please submit a new ticket letting us know.

Of course it was solved... the server check forced my account to disconnect... I tried everything and by everything, I mean everything except going to Nexon's HQ and manually disconnecting my account by myself.

This is a huge problem to me... I haven't gotten all the Rings I need. If I to wait till the next server check which is that patch, I'm screwed. :/ If you guys know anyway to disconnect my account please share.

I've had this happen to me quite a while ago for about a week and a half, couldn't do anything at all about it until the patch rolled around =/ I guess the only way to get out would be to have the server crash, or have your ticket magically responded to before the patch next week.

You'd have better luck trying to hack the DB to DC your character or crashing the server than getting a useful response from a GM.
