How do you obtain the scrolls for the item rating system in KMS currently? :f6:

On blogs it says they they're sold for mesos for testing purposes, but I don't know if they were to become a CS item or a gach reward.

Normal Potential Scrolls drop from regular monsters while the Advanced Potential Scroll drops from major bosses such Zak, HT, etc.

From what I've read, 90% is zak, HT, and Pb only. Only other way is to collect 10 miracle cube fragments in CS indirectly. If cost is roughly the same for GMS, it's about $10.
