Flash Jump is just a movement skill. The lag afterward prevents you from linking into stuff the way you can with Recoil. You can probably Assaulter as you're landing, though.

Sometimes not even that. The lag it gives is basically as if you used a potion. If you have a good internet connection, you can throw an attack immediatly after using it. I might have pulled it once or twice, but playing from Spain doesn't help. It's just the way it's designed. Oh, and if you get hit while on a flash jump, good luck using a pot. Sometimes it won't work and you'll hopelessly die. Sometimes it's even better to tank it out while leaving if you can die in two hits.
