Very simple question regarding Maple 2.0

is it going to act as a balance patch in that our characters now spontaneously gain the changes when it comes to the day when the changes are made and implicated into maple story?

also, what about the added on HP changes? will characters instantly get the HP that they would have missed? Like for sins + etc.

We will not know until it comes out in KMS officially. Anything before that is purely speculation, and even then just because KMS does something doesn't mean GMS will.
