Lilin 2 VS Cruel Ring

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I just wanted to have this question answered. I only have a Lilin 2 Ring; would it better to get the Cruel Ring or keep the Lilin 2? I know Lilin 3 is better for a hero, such as myself, but I'm just checking on this one. I have a gut feeling for two things: 1) Cruel would be better for me in this case 2) Someone's gonna bash me for making a question like this.

For a hero with Lilin 2... get cruel or keep? Sorry if it seems basic but I really can't come up with which is better, even if I have my assumptions.

Lilin 2:
2 str
2 dex
2 atk

Cruel ring
3 atk

On that alone the Cruel Ring is better... the extra crit percent is another bonus (also the 1% 1hko thing... which is really not great for warriors. lol)
