How do you dispute a closed Ticket?

And pissing them off would actually be the accomplishment for them, lol.
Unless you intent is to leave all Nexon related games, then yeah, it's a bad idea. I'd like the ability to return on the off chance that they get their acts together and fix things without having to create a new account. For some of us the accounts are what matters to us in the game, as well as the characters. I know my account is nearing 4 years old and I'd be very upset to lose it or the rights it has.

The last statement is just sheer immaturity. Since when has acting like a child reaped any positive results? "You grounded me? Okay, I'm just going to bug you until you un-ground me." I dare you, try that pomegranate with your parents. Tell me how far that gets you.

I understand that you purchased these scrolls from the MTS and did not directly exploit this incident.

I would like to apologize for the confusion in the prior ticket, however, please understand that your account was actually guilty of benefitting from this incident greatly. For this reason, your account will not be released from this block.

Watch out people, you can get banned for "bennefitting greatly", better not buy those bargains in the FM or MTS. The thing is every single one of the scrolls are still stiiting on my account. I never got to use or resell even one...pineappleing brain dead morons work at Nexon.

Pretty sure buying a dozen scrolls for the price of one is considered a 'benefit'.

It's odd though, when things like this concern NX.

If there had been a glitch with the cash shop and let's say items were placed at 1NX. And people bought and benefited from it, the proper action to take would have been to refund the NX and get rid of the items. It just seems totally screwy, to pay money (indirectly or not) and then get banned for giving Nexon said money.

It just seems like if this had happened with any other company, it would of been treated differently. If Stolen goods appear on e-bay, and e-bay knows about it for hours and hours and makes no statement, do the people who bid in that time-frame go to jail?

(I propose that, knowing possession of stolen goods is illegal )

*sigh* ... Gonna try emailing them and hope a real person reads my ticket.

Why should you have your banned lifted again? I saw your char in the fm selling those duped chaos scrolls, when someone smega "selling chaos scrolls 5m each" Your to blame for people that had bought dupe chaos scrolls and got banned. Pretty sure it was you, your ign was fimbulvter mage and your sp name is also your ign so...yea

EditBig Grinrama lama infraction for pointing out the truth about someone trying to get pity for his actions.

First off sir, lets not make assumptions, I dont hack, though I did merch off chaos scrolls, esp since past incidents of glitches (HTPs/witch belts/black sack duping/etc) gave huge profits to anyone who abused the glitch, with no consequences. *Should've considered the fact that Nexon isn't consistent with how to resolve problems.*

Anyways, as a merchant, I bought and resold ~150 chaos scrolls, making 3 mil ea (selling 8 mil ea, with ~450 mil profit). I did this because I had earlier bought a few chaos for 50 mil ea and wanted to recoup my losses.

With my sales, I bought 105 chaos scrolls at 5 mil ea, and in my ticket to Nexon, I stated I was perfectly willing to give up all those chaos scrolls (which would effectively erase any gains I made).

Its also pretty unfair that practically half of my bl/guild didn't get banned for having chaos & 2 of my guild members were completely unbanned and made bils off the glitch while some of us got completely fucked lol.
I really dont see why Nexon doesn't just remove the chaos scrolls and unban us -______-.

And I highly doubt people got banned from buying the scrolls I sold because no one bought more than say ~20 at a time, and a small number of chaos didn't get anyone banned from my knowledge.

What a shame, I spent my all my savings in game buying a 135/2 slot shiner a few days earlier, and now thats down the drain lol.
