Hidden Evil map inaccesible?

The top right signpost on the Bent Tree map leads to a map called Hidden Evil, but it seems there's no way to get up there. Did Nexon mess up and not put a way to get up there or are the maps posted here incomplete?

There seems to be no way to get up there from any of the tree or gate portals.

Yar, this post says to press up at the sign post in the bent tree map to get to hidden evil.

It also says what map will lead you to that portal.
There are a few redundant portals that lead you one way to regularly unaccessible areas of some maps.
