I've scratched my arm with sharp edges to get raised skin bumps like that, but I've ever actually punctured skin to do it. O_o

I didn't even come close to breaking the skin. I lightly dragged my fingernail accross the skin to have that happen. Only about 5% of the population from my reading has dermatographia and can do this, or at least this easily.
