I dont know what to do.

My gmail is ridiculous..the hacker changed everything on it so I cant use my secret question, I can't use my back up email, I can't do anything. The help hotline google has available has no authority on the matter and just forces you to go the FAQ's. I have filled out every form, every survey only to get that I have either put too many and I have to wait even longer, OR that through their research I can't gain access to my own account.

I can't delete it, I can't gain control over it. I don't know if I can change my pass or anything with Nexon's end..I wrote a ticket on a separate account begging for some empathy..but the fact I'm relying on a nexon ticket is pretty much worthless..Gmail is possibly the worst thing that ever has happened in terms of customer assistance. I feel powerless, half the information they want is so illogical, such as the day the account was created? I mean seriously, ask for my IP address, ask for a secret question previously inputted before it was changed, maybe a day my account was breached? Rather than the last time I could log on? Rather that I did log on. Such details are almost impossible to remember unless you sub contiously make them an event.

I'm at my whits ends guy. I'm seriously thinking about looking into hacking it, paying it for it to be hacked. I don't care I just want the account deleted or changed..any advice?

I don't know if this is relevant or useful to you case, or if it still works at all, but there was a way to link an existing gmail to a new google account. Here is a quote from a Feb 13 post on some long buried thread:

"The exploit for G-mail is easy. I just did it to get my old mule account back [I had given everything away when I RQ'd Windia]. You don't even need your password, just the account.

Make a Google Account and enter your G-Mail into the E-Mail field. It'll bind your new Google Account and existing G-Mail together and give you full control. No questions asked. I'd recommend all of you bind any G-mail linked accounts to a Google Account.

Chances are your accounts are already all set-up with a google account if you use multiple google services, though. An e-mail that was made through the gmail page and never touched is up for grabs. You can make a Google Account here. "

..I guess that's how he got through it ._.. Now what? He has full control and I have nothing. Goddamit, how stupid is gmail to even have this type of exploit? Is my account gone?
