About reputation gain

Did they change the formula again? I remember it used to be 1%=10 or 20 rep and when you level, you contribute (level)*10 + 100 rep. Today I did 80% worth and got a level, but it showed I gave 9362 rep, which should be around 10.5k instead since I left family. Normally I should have only given 2.6k rep or so. Unless 4x miraculously 4x the rep gain too, I'm confused.

Rep for percentage gain seems to scale by level now, and levelups can give rep amounts of non-multiples of 10.
