I got about 200GB worth of stuff that I need somewhere else. Suggestions on how this should be carried out? I was thinking a possible FTP server, except I've never used one before. I'm playing around with FileZilla to see how it works. Any other ideas?

I too have a need for this. If someone could also find a way to do this while bypassing blocks that colleges have on certain things that'd be awesome.
FTP server is an interesting idea though. How would i use one...?

If by somewhere you mean another destination, same person, it's probably best to get an external hard disk for backup/transfer purposes. There are a lot of options out there. Choosing this route is good since it's a handy tool for transfer, as well as acting as backup source in case your hard drive fails and you have no backup anywhere else. Recovering and cloning to a new drive is easy as heck too. This is an investment I deem to be necessary.
If it's a one-time project, you could split zip/rar archives and host them on megaupload, fireshare, etc. I would just get an external drive though.

Get a USB External Hard Drive. I have a 500 GB one that is no bigger than my DS Lite. They are that small now.
