Password is Incorrect

So I set a password for a friend logged in and it was fine. Accidentally ALT+F4'ed and got dced, proceeded to relog. Everything was fine. Now my friend texts me asking what I changed his password to. After telling him, he keeps asking me if I'm sure. I then went to the site and tried logging on just to realize, neither passwords work anymore.

I checked the maplestory forum and see a few complaints about the same thing happening. Temp passwords that Nexon is supposed to send either don't come or don't work.

That's not good. Nexon needs to work on their email sending, they never seem to go through.

Have you tried a normal password reset? (unless you don't have access to the connected email account)
