Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Supposedly Spiegelmann won't let you trade coins for anything. As I'm out of range I can't check myself, I'm relying on what an alliance-mate said.

Most likely a problem with the new Dimensional Mirrors being the new general NPC for PQs.

yeah, I just checked it today and it worked. Like I said, I was going off what an alliance-mate said so I guess he was wrong. :|
