Be careful when logging in

Just a warning, a few hours ago I logged in after entering my password and when the world select screen came up, Windia (the world I play in) was highlighted and wouldn't show the channels due to lag. I waited for like 30 seconds then clicked on Broa a few times, and it still didn't work. I clicked on show all characters, then the broa channel select came up while it was still loading the show all characters page. I cancelled that and logged back into Windia, then double-clicked a character to enter my PIC. I disconnected in the middle of entering my PIC, and when I tried to log in again, it displayed the "This is an ID that is already logged in" message. Usually lag sometimes makes that happen for like a minute, but I've been trying for over two hours to log back into my account with no success (restarting computer, logging in a different computer, resetting internet, etc.). I'm still locked out of my account, and I tried tracking all my characters on a different account but none are online. So yeah, if anything from the login server lags you, just wait it out or close the game completely before trying to log in again. I guess I'll see everyone next server check or whenever Nexon gets around to my ticket =/

So basically, we have to treat Nexon's login sever like a pServer's? Fun.

So I see you're not locking your account up. If I already got hacked but I got about 30k NX back, but I want to play Poptag on the account, should I keep my account locked or what? I'm scared because this 30k NX is all I have left and I don't want to lose it.

Interesting. Almost surprising that this has not happened yet to me, since I have terrible internet.
If this could be done intentionally, it could be a more secure way to lock your account than the 'Fort Knox' method. I wonder if you can log onto Nexon's other games when this happens? I suspect so. This would be good for those who want to play the other games but keep their MS account locked up.

It didn't need a SC either, only something like 10hours at most.

I don't think it works like that, since entering a password means you're not IN the game to begin with?

Try the new ticketing system. You might have to wait until the next server check for it to be unlocked, sadly. This has happened to me before, except it was only for a day. They really need to put some failsafes in place.

Was your situation similar to mine in which every time you tried to log in with the correct password, it would say this is an ID that is already logged in? I did submit a ticket but they probably won't get around to it until the next SC anyways since they don't work weekends and I doubt they work on president's day.

Yep, this is exactly what happened to me. When the game goes for maintanence it logs everyone out though, so your account will be free. It might happen on it's own later today but yeah, if not, it's guaranteed to unlock in the next four days. On the bright side, you've got hacker protection for now.
