Invaild MGNDll?

So today I was gonna play some DFO. So I go and start it up but its super slow and I can't connect to a server. So I reload it and try again same problem . So I was like whatever and decided to play poptag(fun game btw) and it to was super slow(I could get on to a server and I even started playing a game witch I droped out of). So now I was kinda POed so I go do some stuff around my house and I come back and now when ever I try to start a game(I have not tried starting maple) it says "invalid MGNDll" and wont let me play...

WHAT DO I DO?

Hmmm... this is probably a problem with your internet connection, but I may be wrong, try using a virus scan

I did this and I am pretty sure I have a virus.... this morning I started my computer and after a bit this anti virus software that I never installed poped up and it would not let me open alt+ctrl+del or the control panel :*(. I restarted and it did not pop up(the fake anti-virus) and I uickly scaned my comp.... Anything else I should do? also if I brought music form this possibly infected comp to a clean comp would that infect my clean comp?
