stats: highest base and highest statless stat

Just wondering, 999 is the highest a base stat can get, right? If that is the case, then 23 would be the highest a secondary stat can be, right? Of course, this doesnt apply to cygnus, and I dont know about arans..

Actually, is this the same as arans? Cuz if i can cap my aran at 23 dex right now, that would be awesome..

Are you going to level your Aran to 200?

Also, yes is the answer to your questions, though I'm not entirely sure for Aran, and of course, it's much different for Cygnus.

With the Aran class, I don't see how this is different from the rest of the warrior gang. As long as you start with the same distribution and amount of stats, nothing really changes.
