Itunes file? But shouldnt be please help

It ALWAYS does this one me. so damn annoying. This is a .75 ms download it shouldnt be a itunes file.

I don't know how the hell iTunes got associated with .rar files, but you need to change it so your system doesn't do that. Right click any .rar file, click "open with" then go to "chose program..."

From there, check the "always use the selected program [etc.]" box and pick what you want to open it with.
