System Option defaults to Full Screen

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
When you go to System Option, there is no default setting for "VIEWING MODE". As a result, unless you check off 'WINDOW', it will always return you to Full Screen mode when you close it, regardless what setting it was at before.

More desirable would be for the game to recognize that it is in WINDOW mode, and automatically have this selected when you open the system option, so it doesn't change.

It worked when it first came out... I was happy. Then it stopped working and i guess we all gave up on it xD
