Can anyone provide any information on how long it usually takes for the energy to be fully charged at the various levels? Also, I'm assuming that when the energy charge effect is active, any attacks you make will not charge energy, right?

Even for 120+ Vipers, it still takes some time to get the bar up. On average in vids more than 2 minutes

and in theory, can energy charge be used like Powerguard and have a 100% hit rate to any monster?
