Wow, what a load of crap, lets see what Nexon will do in the SC.. so far its looking pretty low that they will fix anything other than NLC. Frown

What I noticed at skeles on my MM was that my Frostprey was just freezing inconsistently at an inconsistent rate and/or that it would freeze them but only for like half a second or so. After I noticed it seemed like the freeze time was decreased, I tried just blizzard and it had a normal freeze time most of the time. However, there would randomly be on monster in every few mobs that blizzard would just not... stick to no matter how many times I shot the damn things. In a mob of 4, 3 would freeze fine but then the other just wouldn't freeze even when I was spamming blizzard. Looks like I'm stuck staying on my cleric... at least I'll get her to priest finally.... Rolleyes

Only Nexon...... Tongue

I couldn't stun at all when I started my game normally (not from website). (Hawk, 99% stun)
When I started using the website, I could stun more often, but the stun rate is definitely not 99%. More like 40%.
Seems like on a particular monster, it either stuns it, or it doesn't.

Yeah, my Marauder was having the same problem. Practically all the specific Brawler attacks are supposed to Stun 100%, and they only Stun maybe once every 100 attacks or so. I was about to come here to report this too, it seems to be along the same lines as the Freezing problem. Unless they changed it for some reason, on purpose.

For some reason, I think this affects a Outlaw's Octopus too?
e.g. Freeze works in on and off sets for 2 or 3 minutes.
Octopus doesn't shoot during on and off sets in the same way.

Octopus only attacks when you or an enemy is close to it.

Strange... yesterday I was getting 100% freeze, today about 1 in 10 monsters was completely immune - no matter how many times I hit, it would never freeze. The other ones were fine. Makes training with Ice pretty pointless though... 1 in 10 means every 2nd mob has a monster that can keep blasting me with magic attacks.

No, that's definitely not it, I train at Jr. Newties, there's no way it would be out of range of the first newtie.

The same problem happens with the skills: Slow and Paralyze.

Gee this is really annoying, how am I supposed to solo HHs properly without slow?
