I was under the impression that even if the first one didn't work, the second one would have an increased chance to break it.

The thing is that you are limited to using it 10/7/5 SUCCESSFUL times per item.

I'm pretty sure you can only scroll it 5/7/10 times.
I'm also guessing you can't scroll 3 slot items? 8 slot items(Balrog weapons)? 4 slot?

The question being: Can you scroll during item lock, will they change that. Someone needs to ticket.

They should ask for the answer to your security question every time you need to scroll something on a locked item. That way, people who hack out of spite can't bomb off your items.

If you use 6 60%s on a 7 slot item, does the 7th slot (scrolled with this kind of scroll) have a 70% or a 7% success rate?

ie. should you use these before scrolling, or is it ok to do it on fully scrolled items?
