Why would I 100% DEX my Red Viska if I only need DEX in the first place so my Level = my DEX.. and I am already past that.. why can't I scroll for STR?

I just want to make the most IMPORTANT upgrades on my equips.. that will allow me to deal the most damage and/or train the best.

the most important id say would be a nice cape with 2 attack and 5 dex or so, prices depend on your server. check the fm. after that id go for the shoes, maker yourself some lv 60 shoes with basic crystals for dex and str. last major upgrade you can do is to sadly dump your overall and maker yourself an useful one. that is a lv 60 one. if you set on keeping the lv 70 one you could maker a weapon since you do have the dex for it. maker a lv 70 knuckle, splurge and get an advanced diamond and 60% it, should be way better than what you have right now.

Strength scrolls aren't exactly cheap. Being over-dex'd is not the end of the world, just level up more and the gap will close soon enough.

Also, how am I going to replace my shoes and earrings.. or are they okay?

Forge some shoes via Maker and throw in a strength or dex crystal, whichever you prefer. Earring are not a wise choice with your funding.

Clean 2 atk PAC is gonna run you about 30-40m in Khaini

If it's cheaper, perhaps you can scroll your own cape. 4 to 5 DEX isn't hard to achieve. Idk the prices for cape scrolls, so just throwing that out there.

It will take me either millions of mesos or days to gather the materials needed to make Black Basile Boots..
Plus, I have no idea how to get a shoe stimulator, so that will be another 1m
And I have no idea how to get this STR or DEX crystal you reccomend I apply to the shoes!

If I'm not mistaken, Drumming Bunnies drop Shoe Stimulators (I'll double check that in a minute and edit my post afterwards).

And how to get STR and DEX Crystals, get 10 of each Power/DEX Crystal Ores dropped by monsters, then go see Pi in Ludibrium, or Vogen in El Nath to make the Crystals. After that, Strengthen your Crystals via Maker and they're useable Gems for Making your new equips.

Oh, and one last thing: Stimulators have a 10% Chance of destroying your item. Fortunately, the higher your Hands stat is (check your stats, Hands is increased by every stat except STR), the lower the chance of destruction is.

100 etc's from a monster in that level range, you can maker it into monster crystals. Or disassemble equips.
stimulators aren't THAT rare. 30 minute should do it.
Power Crystal = Str crystal. You need 10 power crystal ORES to make one power crystal and 10 dex crystal ORES to make a dex crystal. And then you refine the crystals via maker to get basic (or intermediate if you're lucky).

You want help, yet you resist help at every step of the way. Your "I don't know what I'm doing so I'm not going to try!" attitude is extremely unhelpful. It doesn't take hours of hunting to get 1 str 5 dex (with basic dex crystal) Black Basile shoes.

6 Basic 2s -> 3 ways
1. Hunt any non-World Tour monster from level 51-60. Get 600 etc pieces. Go to the monster crystal tab in the Maker skill. Follow the instructions to get your monster crystals.
2. If you have any level 60 equips that are sitting around wasting space, you can go to the Disassemble tab in Maker and disassemble them. One level 60 overall should do it. If you don't have any, tons of people train at MP3 and put their Anakamoons and junk in the FM all the time for like 200k. Not expensive.
3. Straight up buy the crystals for 80kish a piece. More expensive, and not recommended.

6 Black Powders -> 2 ways
1. Hunt for them. There's a link provided already that shows you what drops them. I'd just kill Curse Eyes; it doesn't take very long.
2. Buy them for around 150k a piece. Again, not recommended.

Shoe Stim
This is cheap as hell. It drops from Skeles. I'll be damned if you can't find one for 100k or less.

Basic DEX Crystal
You can buy these for 1m, tops.

The whole thing is going to cost you maybe 2.5m if you're too lazy to hunt for anything, probably less than 1.5 if you just spend a little time finding what you need.
