Kimi ni todoke (Sparkly!!!)

Heh good to see other people appreciating the series. I started out with the manga, but the anime is doing a good job too. It's definitely inching towards a three way tie with Aishiteruze Baby and Lovely Complex for my favorite series. However, it's still pretty early on to decide something like, since there's been several series that went horribly wrong near the end.

As for the sparkles and bubbles, I think it's not too bad. It ties in with the way Sawako views the world. The fact that everyone else seems to have associated her with Sadako and other dark things seems to make it work as a good counterbalance.

i started watching it, it is to say the least, interestingand yes funny. lets see what happens in chapter 4....

It's true. I actually thought about picking up Nyan Koi! (even though I haven't followed any recent series in quite a while) because of the cats. I've seen it has some delicious females too. I dunno. For some reason, nothing lately has appealed to me. I've been far more into manga the past months.
