Me too; I put it Attack on the Shift key. Because of this orientation, my hand doesn't hurt nearly as much.

I use both ctrl keys and play with my thumb.

For other people using controllers + J2K:

How exactly are you mapping combos to one button? I tried mapping one button to Arrow-Down Arrow-Down Shift (shift is my atk button) but when I hit it nothing seems to happen, no matter where I put automatic shooting. Same deal for combat step with "Arrow-Left Arrow-Left" (or Arrow-Right). Is there some particular way to stick that delay in so that the combo activates properly?
