No, i know my way around elemental weapons.

The only reason it's so much is because of it's rarity. How many have you seen in khaini? I've never even seen 163 staff in my whole career, save for the ice staff.

I used to the see them alot and they were running for 300 - 400m which is why I'm second guessing your numbers.
