Maple shield is cursed, can't even give it out for free

So I was bored in FM with a shop permit and I got this maple shield that's been in my inventory for like a month, it's the only item I'm unable to sell for so long. So i created a party and used the party search option and set the search range to be lvl 16-36. I decided to give the item to the first person that joined the party. First search came up with lots of shop permit mules, then I made someone else leader and left the party, so that later search doesn't add those mules. Then someone joined the party, i said hi to them, and they just left. This has happened to like 10 ppl before I gave up. the maple shield sure is cursed

P.S. The person who spams "Plzzzzzzzzzz I want it" for 30mins in a row, gets it, if he takes a break, he loses.
