That's because they didn't do the voices. I'm guessing their JP friends helped or they got some people in Japan via Skype or something to record themselves speaking a script. All the Brazilian (I think?) guys in the video are just doing lip-overs to make it seem right. lol

Yeah, and it was made for a short clip contest. Seriously, this video is old, and when I first saw that DB Evolution was in the making, I thought I would've been like this.

It's pretty sad when a 8 minute short flim that most likely didn't even take a thousand dollars to make can beat a movie over an hour that took millions to make.
