Define "best stuff"?
As in software you can dump onto it? There aren't many "Windows 7 exclusive software" that you can get. Get all the goods you'd normally get for XP/Vista (+Nanami).

you don't need pro...

home premium has everything you're likely to ever use

that said, if it's the same price, might as well, but you're NEVER going to use the few features it adds

I'm getting a W7 laptop for Christmas.. pretty excited.

yeah, Win741. Before, i needed to have a copy of my transcripts to get it approved, but the Community College i go to is changing to a singular system for the group of colleges it has in it, and we get our own .edu emails. So i went and tried that new email and i got approved right away (still no word on the transcripts copy after 2 weeks).

Eh, i meant but customization packs and stuff, and since its main sale cuild barely came out, i wasnt sure if there was any yet.

I may try Nanami, but not much of a user of sound for idk how much use ill get from it.
