What do you get from the Compass quest? And how much is the reward worth?

You can get belt scrolls amongst other things I can't remember at the moment.

Once you make the Compass, how do you get to the hoard?

Doubleclick on the compass. You won't be able to do it in Masteria at all, though, so be wary of that.
