Scarlion and Targa

So I've heard that one of these two has an 8k mattk on 3rd form.

Can someone please confirm this for me and tell me which one it is. Thanks in advance.

Targar is the difficult one. The magic attack is less than that 8k you're saying, but it hits the entire map and is decently strong.

They're both quite similar in stats; Targa is the more challenging one as it jumps around often.
