Frogs and Cats

Not sure if this info can be extracted, but Im just curious if Frogs/Cats spawn in EVERY town, and if not, which town the spawn in. That and what's the time between spawns? Thanks.

I also saw a few notices but wasn't able to find the cat. Not sure if it was just a false alarm or something.

The notice just says it has spawned in that town, but not which channel.
You have to search for yourself between the channels.

Oh, that's why i couldn't find the cat when it said it spawned earlier, i was wondering if i was blind or if the notice were broken...

That's quite a bother... Does it apply to frogs as well?

It seems they do spawn all over the place, i found 3 frogs at once in Orbis and met a cat up top of Kerning city.

I get mine at the haunted house. Much easier to surf.
