I can, just not all of the kanji. Doesn't suck at all, and I can understand what she's saying so it's all cool.

Windows 7 Ultimate DIY 予約限定プレミアムセット特典.7z.7z (obviously) and then click on 点击此处开始下载 in the popup. You'll also wanna have Japanese language pack installed on your computer, if you don't already.

As for getting the sounds in if they don't work right, either change your regional settings to Japanese like me or rename all the .wavs to match what sound they belong to. I could probably do that for you if you're having trouble with that.

I need to get Windows 7 now.

Oh, forgot to mention. When you download it, change the extension to .theme

After sending it to someone on IRC, they told me it wouldn't work for them. If it's not working for you, then you'd have to manually add in the sounds. If you guys want, I'll translate all the sound file names for you to put them manually in. The download itself is supposed to be DIY, but I didn't have to manually add anything for it to work.

Okay, translated the crap for you guys. Tested it with my IRC friend, said it worked perfectly fine when I translated all of the .wav files. Posted in other places too.
