That being said Demethos does seem quite nice. Ive met some really nice people there, makes a change from Khaini. Though to be fair I haven't spent much time there. Only about 2 weeks of the 2x exp event, then I stopped playing. Ill continue to level up my character there but Im not sure if Ill stay. I do quite enjoy playing on a quiet server but Ive always played on Khaini.
The amount of pirates to other classes in Demethos is quite humorous though, lol
Well that depends on what youre looking for from Maple really.
That's really it, in a nutshell. People came to abuse the 2x events (which, at one point was up to 4x, and then 8x if you bought a card) and then skedaddled back to their home servers, where are their other characters are, where all their friends are.
Personally, I LOVE playing on a quiet server like Demethos. For people like me, who do a lot of grinding, its great. But I guess for people who want to party quest more often, or buy leech, more people = more opportunities, so a more populated server is better.
