Magatia PQ Fixed?

Simple question. Is Magatia PQ fixed yet? As in, where people can't boot you out of your own channel and get 20k EXP for it? I kind of still want to try for the PQ Medal on my Slinger now that I've started him up again, but I don't know if I can if MagPQ is still glitched.

That was just with the whole "Any levelled person can get in with .wz editing...." Might've been fixed, but I'm not sure.

I have been MPQing for a while on my Priest and have yet to see this happen. So I would assume it's fixed.
