Is it possible to create a different-job item by using the "???" maker option?

I read in Isaac's guide for the maker skill that someone from KMS said it ispossible, although it was never proven or something. So, as the thread tittle says, is it possible, if you're a warrior, to create another job items (a magician overall for example) using the correct ingredents and the "???" option?.

The recipes are not unique.
For example, five bmc1 and five black powders can give you a magician hat or a bowman glove or any number of other level 50 items.
So, even if the "???" option works the way "someone from KMS said", it will give you a random item matching the recipe, and not necessarily what you wanted.

any guide about this ??? skills? i tried google but didnt get any result though.
