Blockhead Characters

I simply view the blockheads as the reason GMS is lagging in new content. I wholly despise them.

Absolutely agree'd. I've been writing for months in their forum, suggesting to improve their communication with the users, I've been suggesting it in their polls, forums, and everything where I could suggest it. But they just don't listen to me. I talked to the "ex" NxJoeW on YouTube. The real one, who had the videos of him banning hackers in GMS (he had them up even before the private servers' creation if you're wondering, so he's not a fake) and he said that he and NxProse voluntarily quitted because they found other job opportunities (NEXON already told us that) and that he will soon reveal what he's up to right now.

He also said that "Nexon just isnt familiar with players wanting such specific information. In Korea, things are a bit different, players aren't quite so interested in the smaller details like US players are.
I however am a gamer, a game developer and customer service. So my focus was always on the player side. It worked well while I was there, but it's just not something they are familiar with". Yeah, the real NxJoeW we got here. Yeah, as he said, he did a great job with communicating with the users, as he once in a while (better than NEVER, like now) made a Q&A thread in the forums (expecially before Masteria updates) where users were given a chance to ask questions and have them answered. So yeah, that's what he says is the reason because NEXON has a really bad communication. Is it really because of that, or do they just not care about their customers and only care about money, like many say? I want to believe to the first option, hoping that's the right one. I don't really want to think that they ONLY care about money. I mean, come on, they should know that if they don't care at all about their customers, they will lose much from that (or.. maybe not? :f6.

Most importantly, he also said he got to know that they recently hired an "experienced community guy", and he says that the situation should be better soon. He says he needs some time to know the games well, and then he can hopefully start talking to the users about NEXON's games and answering their questions, like once NxProse and NxJoeW did.

I've never been in America, so I can't really talk about that, as I really don't know. I guess you're right?

But Anywayz...it's going to be interesting how Nexon will "try" to turn the focus towards a more "open Community".

I wouldn't mind a Blockhead or two as Event NPCs to celebrate changing the website and all. I also think that they would suit best as a Guild BBS Emoticon, heh. But a Mob, I'd feel a bit weird fighting a monster in different graphics.
