Magatia PQ Ban?

I was just wondering if any of you guys have any info on this. I read on another forum that people were getting wrongfully banned just for being in the same channel as someone hacking in the MPQ. I wanted to do the PQ soon (with me being 84 and all) just to unlock the rest of the Magatia Quests so I can be closer to getting my Quest Specialist Medal. Has anyone done the PQ recently and it was okay?

Also, I apologize if this topic has already been addressed. If it has, could someone please kindly point me in the right direction? Thanks
