The world makes me sad
#1
The vast majority of people on this planet are sheep/monkies/lemmings. They see, they do. They hear, they repeat. They touch, they reproduce. Anything they see done they imitate.

The better part of the minority of people are wolves. They prey on the sheep, exploit them, manipulate them. They see easy targets and utilize them to whatever end profits them.

Finally, we have an infinitely shrinking number of people on this planet that are human. They have compassion, they give aid, they share, but are smart enough to not fall into the traps that the sheep do. They may even attempt to spare them, but they rarely are able to do much. While none are perfect, and most if not all will lapse occasionally into wolf-like behavior, most regret it and will attempt to make amends for what they've done. The wolves do not possess this distinct quality.

Sheep and wolves may very rarely evolve and become human. Some experience, some mentor, some factor may allow them to become what is both thinking and feeling, but the odds are stacked against them. Sheep are too blinded by the abuse of the wolves. The wolves are too blinded by greed and selfishness. And the humans ultimately can do little more than pick up the pieces when the rest of the world falls apart.

I hate this planet and its inhabitants.

It's the way life is. Especially about your statement 'They touch. They reproduce.', that is rather true. The human race learns that way though. For example, how do you know something is 'there' in front of you? If you were to look at something far away, how do you know if it's tangeable or not? You'd have to physically touch it. This topic could drag on forever depending on the replier's thoughts when it comes to rationality, and I'm not going to get too in-depth in this, but this can go back to when people said 'Science' is going to get us all killed, because there are some things that weren't meant to be explored or whatever. Humans are smart, animals, not as much. But intelligence can come with a price when we're too curious, wouldn't you agree?

I hate that people think life is like that. There's a lot more out there than just feeling you're opressed, you're an automaton... a number. Life is BRIGHT, live it with color.

I don't claim to be better than the wolves, or smarter than the sheep. I have moments where I absolutely hate myself, and generally do not have a positive image of myself. I try to be a good person, but I have moments (as a lot of you may have seen) where I break down and do things that are just completely inexcusable. I fight constantly against part of myself that looks for ways to manipulate people into doing what I want.

I fall for some of the dumbest tricks as well, particularly where women are involved. I let myself believe that I'm not being taken advantage of, that the people I date are honest with me and actually care. In 3 major relationships, 1 cared, but too torn between myself and her stepbrother (they had dated BEFORE parents married and simply continued afterwards) to really put effort into the relationship.

I'm just as depressed with myself as with other people. I never said "Everyone else sucks and I'm the only nice guy." I hate myself just as much. The rare moments where I do meet geniuinely good people, I tend to hurt them or push them away.

The one word I'd use to sum up the human race is disappointing. But I'm an elitist f'ag.

Soylent White is made out of SHEEEEEPPPLLLEEEE SHHHHEEEEEPLLLLLEEE~ Glitter

But really.
I am sure in various aspects you sheep right along.
Or occasionally wolf around.
I know I do. Glitter
I don't know everything there ever was to know- It takes time to not be a sheep.
We are bred sheeple. Its what most people want you to be.
I am less-sheepy now than before.
And working with kids has made me less wolf-esque.
But really how can you deny your inner sheep?
Every angle of media and society is telling you sheeple is good.
And that to join the horde of sheeple and deny being a sheep.
So many angles man.
ALL I KNOW 4 SHORE IS:

I don't think so much along the lines of sheeple/wolfing. I find it tacky and usually just self-loathing.

I just hate all these pineappleing freepers/birthers/whateverthepineappleingpineapple Sarah Palins and Glenn Becks of the world. And the stupid pineappleing pieces of putrid pomegranate that rally behind them. Are these stupid motherpineappleers really that pineappleing stupid? Holy pomegranate.

OBAMA GOING TO TALK TO MAH CHILDRUN. NOOO!!!!11111111 *Cue baseless Maxist/Socialist/Facist calls*

There are plenty of countries in the world that are inhabited by very sensible people. Governments without ulterior motives. Not raping my damn civil liberties for big corporations.
Maybe I'll live in Sweden if I can bear the grunt of this piece of pomegranate country for a couple of more years.
