You guys do realize that (1) most monitors don't refresh every 1ms and (2) neither do your eyes, right?
Browsers set a reasonable limit for frame rate. I dunno exactly what it is, but 30-50ms is near the fastest you get with Firefox. Also, lol @ 8 bit color fail.
