Now I know that you can't share Cash Shop items between your regular characters and your Cygnus, but I have a different question.
I bought a few cheap NX clothing items for my Cygnus, but I wanted to delete the character and try a different Cygnus type. If I delete my current Cygnus, will it also delete/get rid of the NX clothing items, or what...?

No; you will lose everything. Before you delete a cygnus it will ask you "Are you sure? All the cash items on this character will be deleted as well."
It's impossible to transfer NX items/equips between 2 cygnus characters on the same server.

Yep! When I made a Striker in JMS after I got my Soul Master to level 120, I tried giving my 2x exp, clothing and pet to my Striker and both Cygnus characters had different storages... it really sucks!! Friggin' Nexon and their money hunger...
So the answer is : Don't delete your character unless you're prepared to lose your stuff. You literally have to pay for new cash items for EACH Cygnus and Aran character you have.

Each Cygnus has their own CS inventory, even from other Cygnus. So it will be deleted.

Yes, sadly... Aran too. It really shows how money-hungry Nexon really is... I can understand having different cash shop storages between the different races, but characters of the same race not being able to share CS items? wtp?!
