[0.75] No Divine Bird

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: 120 Cygnus players who've completed the final quest still can't get a damn Divine Bird

arrrghhh ain't got nothing.

Are we really sure it's a bug? O_o. I would have guessed it was intended given the level 200 mount for adventurers did not get released with Leafre and the lower level mounts. They are probably sitting (lol mount) on it to release when they are low on other usefull updates.

I don't think so since every other quest is completable and getting the bird should just be a reward for talking to someone. Keep in mind that Nexon also forgot to change the manon/griffey maps when they released cygnus making the final quest only half completable.

So either they're being extremely lazy in trying to spread out the content by just leaving things out without any explanation or they're incompetent and forgot to add it. Based on my experiences with the current maplestory team over the last six months I'm fairly confident this is the result of incompetence.

The quest and mount were both added in the same patch as cpq2 in kMST, but then again, so were the skill fixes (powerguard and whatnot). I know I'd rather have those than cpq2, and even many people with characters in the level range for it would probably agree, I haven't heard a single good thing about cpq2 yet.

Is the Devine Bird mount in the data atm? Because for some reason I can't find any of the mounts...

In which file are they located (the sprites)? :o

I wouldn't complain too much about this... In JMS, I spent 50 mil on my mount, but it turns out that it's screwed up in the data, and the saddle is only coded to work with the first two mounts, so the Divine Bird doesn't have a saddle, so you can't use it. Therefore, I wasted 50m on a bug that Nexon JP doesn't intend to fix... ._. And compared to the GMS economy, 50m in JMS is like..... 300m or so in GMS right now.

Well maybe gMS removed the quest on purpose because they experienced this bug while testing it (hmmm gMS actually tests stuff? ).

I just would be nice of Nexon America to tell their players WHY it's not in-game yet, and when they intend to release it without the saddle bug...
