Third Job Question
#1
This is a really nub question, but that's why it is in the Amherst section. I was wondering if you level past level 70 without making your advancement, will you still be able to put the points into 3rd job skills.

Example: Let's say I was training and I was using a 2x Exp card from the CS, and I didnt want to waste any of it so I kept training and leveled to level 72 before it ended. Would those 6 skill points that I got work with 3rd job skills or not?

I heard about this a looong time ago and heard that those extra points still work with 3rd job but I just wanted to make sure.

Thank you.

Yes, they still work. This applies to any job besides 1st.

Well, when I was making my pirate, I got a beginner to level 29, and my friend got one to level 30. When Pirates came out, both of us advanced to a Pirate. I obtained SP and maxed my skills, but my friend got no SP. Not sure about other job advances though...

Oh, that's right. I forgot about that change they made. In that case, it should apply to all jobs (it's just really stupid to do as a Warrior or a Mage). Totally spaced on that... I should have known, since I even advanced my level 26 Beginner to a Pirate when they came out, and I received full points.

Are you sure that wasn't JUST for pirates for the advance?

Nope, there's even a Maple Tip that says you can make up you lost SP up until level 30.
