I assume it can be extracted from the files - anyone have it?

It's just 75% of the old ones

It's not exactly 75%/50%, it's a little off.

I'm fairly sure it's exactly 80% of the old tables. I just checked my 44's and it is, to the one.

Nah, it's not. Checked my 53 and 147 chars and compared, off by a bit.

That is correct.
Its Old Exp/1.5 and Old Exp/1.25

I thought 1-30 was 75%?

Either way, anyone over second job can do that or (EXP * 0.8) off the Hidden-Street.net tables. I prefer * 0.8 because I can get a rough estimate in my head faster, like instead of 10M its 8M, instead of 15M its about 12M exp.

Man, people are really bad with %s. +50% is not the same as -50%. +25% is not the same as -25%. Think about it, what would +100% exp be? It halves the exp you need to level, not reduces it to 0.

1.25x -> 1/1.25 = 80%
1.5x -> 1/1.5 = 66.7%

10-30 has been reduced by a third, while 30-200 has been reduced by a fifth.

What's the forumula for exp increase? I've seen it somewhere on the forums, I just don't remember where.

There's your answer (though ironic since you typo'd).

The formula in my thread doesn't 100% accurately fit the curve, but it's useless in practice anyway because the EXP tables are precalculated in the data.

Basically each level above 50 is ~5.48% more EXP than the last.

Here's the formula I'm using in my sig generator. It appears to be accurate.

level >= 30: oldExp * 0.8
level >= 10 and level < 30: oldExp * 0.6667 (it is NOT exactly 2/3!)
level < 10: oldExp

Oh, and something else interesting is every 13 levels from lvl 57 the exp doubles.

69/13 = ~5.31, so close.
