Enchanted Scrolls NX Game Card Only?

So I charged $10 NX Cash using paypal, and I was going to buy some Enchanted Scrolls, but when I tried to I got a message "You don't have enough NX Game Card Cash". So this raises the question: Can enchanted scrolls only be bought with NX Game Card Money?

Can anybody confirm this?

I can confirm that. I couldn't buy it with Maple Points either.

They have the green "NX" on them so they can only be bought with gamecard NX.

Only Nexon Game Card Cash.

That's stupid. Oh well. Eh off to gachapon then.

Im actually suprised they even let you buy gacha without NX from cards. If I was them anything that can produce something tradable would be NX Card only.
