So from Ellinia how do I get there?

EPQ? Don't you mean EFPQ? Because there is no Ellinia PQ.

To get there you have to go to Ludi and then the 101th floor of Helios Tower and through the time portal.

I abbreviate it as EPQ too.

After you get to Ellin, take the rightmost portal and move 1 map right and you'll be there. My friends and I looked left first..

And FYI, cygnus can't do it.
