2x for Self Entitlements

Okay, so I was looking at the 8th and 9th entitlement. and Both of them say it is 2x drop in the description, but in the name of the entitlement one says 2x drop for self and one says 2x exp for self.

Does the 2x exp for self work? Or does it give 2x drop.
