wrinkled sketchbook looseleaf

In neo city, there is a quest called 2021, just another day. This is one of the quests for neo city that can give you access to the good parts of it.

However, this quest requires that you get 20 wrinkled sketchbook looseleaf. They drop from silver slimes, and are rarer than any other quest Item that I know of. Ive been hunting all day on 2x-4x, and have only gotten 6. (with some donated to me by a friend) Does anybody know a faster way to get these?

WHY DID THEY MAKE THE DROP RATE SO LOW?

Nexon North Am. is notorious for making things have low drop rates. Maybe they lowered the drop rate just like they did with monster cards?

Anyways, good luck. Spadow took an hour to find them all, and he was in Tespia, where everything has increased drop rates. :/

gold slimes drop? ive been hunting on silver becase they were the only ones that seemed to drop...

Dear jesus hyperglyphs, the only reason that quest was bearable was because my friends and I turned it into a contest to see who can get to 50 first, took us like 3-4 hours.

well, ive spent way more than that on 4x, and my guild agrees, that these are worse.

It only took me the 30mins from a family rep 2x drop buff.
I found the last one at the very last minute.

I didn't have any help and I'm not a bishop either.
Found the majority of them from the red slimes, if that helps at all.

i got all 20 from Red Slime took 90min w 2x drop

i spent 2 hrs on 1x drop hunting all 3 colors and gained none, pineapple you nexon

To be quite honest, I only did the quests so I could see if all the BGMs were the same as Neo Tokyo, which they are. The Time Traveler's Circlet is a piece of [s]hit Zhelm that gives 120HP/120MP. For all the work involved in finishing the Neo City quests and the prize at the end, it's definitely not worth it. But, the good thing is, that Wrinkled Looseleaf Sketchbook Paper quest is the only bad quest in all five areas. The rest of the "collect [x] etcs" quests aren't bad at all. But, the entirety of Neo City annoys me. The Circlet wasn't even worth my time.

BTW @ above, IMHO the circlet, which requires MUCH MUCH MUCH more work than a zhelm or scar, combined with the ALMOST DOUBLED level requirement, I think they should buff the circlet, to at least +18 all.

Can you get a Zhelm by yourself at level 93? Can you get a Scarlion Helmet at 93 by yourself?
Didn't think so.
The circlet should NEVER hit anywhere near +18. +13~14 if ANYTHING (just a little bit better than the Set 1 Astaroth helms).

no. 1 i dont mean completely solo. you can go on a scar/zak run at 50/90

Also, lolol its about level requirement because of SoK.HIGHER lvl should equal higher stats.

There you have it, 3 great reasons to make circlets +17-+18

A reason for neo city/a reward

B higher lvl than zak / scar should equal better stats

C effort put in would = reward

This point is completely ludicrous. One, Zakum is a boss with millions of HP, and requires a party of four to six people to kill effectively. Granted, by today's standards, he isn't hard, but the point is still valid. Two, Scarlion/Targa are also bosses, both of which are tough in their own ways. If anything deserves to be buffed, or rather, restored to it's original stats, it's the Scarlion/Targa helmets, which were originally +18 to all before Nexon nerfed them. Neo City is NOT Neo Tokyo. Why the hell would Nexon give us a +18 stat helmet for doing what was quite possibly the easiest set of quests in the game? After the crumpled paper quest, it seriously took me forty-five minutes to finish the next FOUR areas. Just because a quest has a horrid drop rate doesn't make it hard, just time consuming. The only part of Neo City that fits your description of "MUCH MUCH MUCH more work than a zhelm or scar" is the crumpled paper quest, which really isn't even that bad if you have 2x drop. Scarlion/Targa/Zakum aren't exactly "hard work", but the helmets that drop from them certainly deserve more stats than anything that Neo City could vomit up. And by the way, the level requirement means nothing. That's not even a valid argument. The only reason you see so many 5x's running around with Zhelms is because of the Scissors of Karma and the fact that they're selling cheaply for ~59m. Just because the Circlet has a level requirement of ninety-three doesn't mean it should have better stats. It's stupidly easy to get.

The circlet is a piece of crap, no doubt, but it's perfectly suited for the area. All of the monsters in Neo City are almost fifty levels lower than their stronger counterparts in Neo Tokyo. Making the Time Traveler's Circlet +18 to all would be stupid in every way imaginable. It would destroy the purpose of having Zakum/Scarlion/Targa drop their helmets in the first place.

Not true. Also. Zhelm? lol just buy it. Circlet? Spen hours of hard work.

We dont have tokyo. Saying the circlet shouldnt be good cuz the monsters are weaker than in tokyo is ridiculous.


It would not make scar/tag/zhelms worthless. That is the SAME EXACT LOGIC in saying that scar made zak worthless. Higher level req + more work = better rewards. People wiould still use z/scar/tar helms for levles 50-93. Just like people buy zhelms for levels 50-80.
