Still, you would think a massive country would know what people were saying and respond correctly. But no, they have to blame the people who wrote the reports and act like none of it were there fault. Sigh, I wish Wizet were back.

Haha, yeah. I like that the general response when someone says something that can't argue with is "Read what is said and not what you assume is said."

How about you're clear about what you're trying to say and people wouldn't mistake it for anything else. Oh wait. I got what they were saying, because it's the same thing they always say; nothing of importance or "it's not our fault."

I don't know who Pepe is, but from this whole encounter, I can't say I care for him. Don't feel you went overboard. Maybe made the wrong approach, but don't think that it was wrong in general.

And I think Hime's support of her was more like pack protecting the pack sort of thing.

Read what was said and not what was implied gets the same result. Pepe edited so that it clearly stated that WE misunderstood, and that's why she was going to look into it again. Almost to the T on those words. Also, if she WANTED people to know he'd made a mistake, he'd make a new post so people who are checking for new posts would see it. Instead, it's hidden. Unless they really think that people who have read the posts before would read it again thinking it's edited. (Unless the TS stated he/she'd edit it.) If Nexon truly believes that, then they're just being foolish, or have never used forums before. Or at least not the ones that post on their own.

Sorry you got banned BombsAway. Though I doubt it, I'm hoping it only affects your forum status and not actual account status. I'd post a reply with my own words stating that it's just not right, but they seem mad now. And it's not smart to poke the angry animals... Eek

I really wonder when Nexon will realize, as a corporation, that customers are always right?! -_-!

I'm going to make this short...........

Gotta hate to say this in a public forum, but this pretty much shows how much of f*gs they are. Kinda ironic they don't even know their own **** of their own creation.

Owell. Let them continue what they like to do. Perhaps watch their gains this year be overcome by faulty moves by management, then they might realize "oops"?

P.S. Sorry to hear you got banned Sarah, but I'd say it was worth the trouble. They do deserve this for their ignorance.

And a little extra on the side....

Yeah, but that's only if they learn anything from it, which I'm starting to doubt. The new CEO may be making the right decisions, but the GM's are still power-abusing arrogant holier-than-thou's. At least that's how they come across. They DO always say their right, and we were wrong. Sure, they give us 2x events when we lose time from server crashes or something, but the only time I hear them apologize is for inconvenience caused by a patch or server maintenance. Can't they ever release an update or a blog apologizing for past actions?

This is why I know play both MS and WoW. If a GM talks to you, you can hold a conversation with them, and there's no silly 1-line limit. In fact, given they have enough time, they'll sit down and engage in conversation. That only usually happens in un-populated servers though, or when most of the server is asleep.

Still, can't they look at other companies and take examples? It's not stealing ideas, it's good business practice.

If they hadn't done stuff like they did, like with Lallant and the ele wands, then it wouldn't be as big a deal. They could just fix it, etc, and go on with their days. It's what Blizzard does, except they don't say that it's the players fault. They update like "Now you can actually kill/finish/etc quest/monster/etc," without sounding rude.

Bah, how much longer until the new CEO points at them and says "Don't do that to our players!" or something?

Not sure about quests, but in terms of Party Quests, they need to fix that asap. A lot of people PQ or whatever instead of grinding from 30-XX or so. It'd be nice if they fixed their NPC and 'counter' mechanism so that people could get their Cracked Glasses. Also, would be nice if Nexon verified whether Goddess Bracelet IS out or not, feathers are, OPQ quests are, but is the glove out? No one even has a SS of it...

Well, I wussed out an apologised to Pepe for blowing up at her. I mean, I meant everything I said but not so much to her as much as it was just pent up frustration at their company.

Pepe actually responded to my apology which, in my opinion, is a pretty huge gesture, symbolically. The last thing I expected was for a Nexon employee to listen to a player, haha.

She made a mistake but she still seems to be trying way harder than most of the other employees and I think she deserves some credit for that, at least.

edit: She edited her post with more information regarding what they're looking into.

I restrain from ever posting on Nexon's site for that very reason. lol

Quote:EDIT:

Thank you for all your reports. To clear things up, you guys were right. We did make a mistake and have found that these two quests are in fact glitched.

Forest of Evil àWe verified that the time is wrong on this one.

Jay’s Curiosity àBob the Snail was dropped during the update.

We have also confirmed that Water Goblin’s Cucumber quest is glitched as well. These should be fixed in the next update.

For Inverse Attribute and Cupid’s Courier quest, we’ll look into it further and get back you guys.

We apologize for our mistake.

Finally. Hurt

It's a start, but NXPEPE can still suck my plantain.

I wonder if they'll realize Jay's Curiosity isn't just glitched because they took out Bob. They have to actually ADD THE REST OF THE QUEST CHAIN. Forest of Evil I'm sure they'll get fixed now. It's pathetic they STILL have to look into Inverse Attributes and Cupid's Courier. They could probably fix IA by simply changing the name/ID/whatever of one of them so they don't stack. CC would be as simple as MAKING IT LIKE EVERY OTHER REPEATABLE QUEST IN THE GAME. Just look at how they're done. Copy. PROFIT.

Here's hoping for the best! Right.
